Biography
Will's practice involves data privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. As a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and CMMC-AB Registered Practitioner (RP), he has advised leading global companies on data privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence matters. Will's clients include multinational and publicly traded organizations, U.S. Department of Defense contractors, high-growth technology firms, financial institutions, and professional services firms.
Will's experience includes cybersecurity incident response and data breach counsel following ransomware, compromised credential, and email phishing attacks. He assists clients in addressing global privacy and security regulations, including DFARS 252.204-7012, CMMC, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, HIPAA, and GLBA, and in implementing robust information security governance, risk, and compliance programs.

Biography
Nate holds a PhD in computer science and engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School. His expertise includes over ten years of experience in designing scalable security architecture and compliance in complex cloud and “big data” systems.
As a Security Architect with Relic Law, Nate's work involves advising clients on securely designing and configuring cloud infrastructure and hybrid cloud applications to satisfy compliance with various control frameworks, including NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53 (FedRAMP), ISO 27001, SOC 2, and others.
Prior to joining Relic Law, Nate served as Senior Director and Principal Architect for one of the three largest U.S. prime contractors in a 24x7 mission critical environment. In addition to his work with the firm, Nate is a Certified CMMC Assessor and Instructor. As founder and president of Regola Consulting, Inc., Nate will provide CMMC Certified Third Party Assessment services.

Biography
Lawrence L. Muir, Jr. has led major cybersecurity strategy and initiatives inside and outside of government for more than a decade. Mr. Muir's experience includes serving as a White House official, a strategic consultant, a computer crime prosecutor, and as an adjunct professor of cybercrime law at two prestigious law schools. Mr. Muir's multidisciplinary background translates to the ability to use various perspectives to find the smartest and most comprehensive approaches to addressing organizational cyber risk mitigation.
In 2017, Mr. Muir served as General Counsel and Acting Chief of Staff to the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, where he focused on technological disruption to the trafficking of illicit narcotics and precursor components into the United States; intelligence opportunities, including the use of Blockchain, to track drug diversions; and the use of cryptocurrency for the transfer of illicit proceeds from narcotics transactions. His purview included governance matters, bilateral negotiations with foreign nations, and transnational criminal organization-related strategic planning.
Mr. Muir formerly served as Assistant Attorney General of Virginia in the Computer Crime Section. He was cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. While serving in that capacity he prosecuted cybercrime and child exploitation cases involving computer networks. He also worked with the Governor’s Homeland Security Working Group.
Mr. Muir's career also includes serving as General Counsel to an Inc. 5000 government contractor and a partner at a national law firm. He spent six years as an adjunct professor of law at Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he taught a seminar on cybercrime. While a professor, Mr. Muir authored two law review articles on geopolitical issues in cybercrime and delivered lectures on the constitutionality of cybercrime legislation. During this time, Mr. Muir consulted to the Commonwealth of Virginia and authored the Comprehensive Cybersecurity Strategy for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Saura began his career as a federal judicial clerk to the Hon. Julian Abele Cook, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. A member of the California and Michigan bars, Saura is a Past President of the Federal Bar Association (E.D. Mich. Chap.) and is a Life Fellow of the prestigious American Bar Foundation.
